What I do and what you can expect.

When I work for you my primary goal is your satisfaction. I want to provide you with the best material, images, video, and experience possible.

Step One: (information and planning)

I gather as much information as possible to customize my services to your specific interests, desires, and specifications. This is all about exploring the details and telling the story. Your photo shoot or video will be all about you! I want it to undeniably reflect YOU, your vision, your mission, your experience, and your business!

From the details, a specific shot list, prop list, script, storyboard, and a schedule will be developed. These elements and pricing get your approval prior to the actual work being captured or developed.

Depending on the work, you may have some homework to complete prior to the shoot, or project development. This is especially important for video, portraiture, wedding, and material preparation. A little work at the beginning will save you $$ by the end of the project.

Step Two: (event and execute)

I arrive early and get to work per our schedule and stay on schedule. Your project will be delivered on time. If however, it is not delivered on time please know that I will sacrifice a deadline for a quality product.

Step Three: (reveal and choices)

You will view the final project draft, either face to face, or online. You will select the images, sizes, finishes, and finalize the layout for printing and publishing, or make suggestions and corrections to any media project at this point. Your approval is part of the project.

Step Four: (share and enjoy)

You will receive your digital media to enjoy, share, use, and post to your website!!  You may also order extra prints, videos, or books at anytime after receiving your media.

Step Five: (evaluate and improve)

I want to do better. You can help me with that! I will ask you to evaluate our process and product and I will adjust where needed.
